He taught himself through online tutorials and mentorship from his personal hairstylist, cultivating his skills with a deep sense of purpose. This experience sparked a lifelong dedication to making others feel seen, valued, and supported.

 

    Since then, Jake has transformed countless clients behind the chair, and his talent has taken him to prestigious events, such as designing hair and makeup for a Las Vegas fashion show. His career began with a remarkable achievement: making it onto Paul Mitchell’s Dean’s list for cosmetology, where he maintained perfect attendance during the rigorous 1600-hour program. He further demonstrated his commitment to excellence by winning the Beacon elite program, hosted by the Professional Beauty Association (PBA).

 

    As a texture specialist, Jake is your go-to for anything texture-related, from curls to smoothing treatments. He is certified in the Curl Cult Method, Brazilian Blowout, Laced Hair Extensions, and more, always striving to maintain the health and integrity of his clients’ hair while helping them achieve their desired look. His philosophy is simple: the client comes first. While he brings creativity to each appointment, his ultimate goal is to meet his guests’ needs, ensuring they leave feeling confident and cared for.

 

    Outside of the salon, Jake is an avid outdoorsman, with a love for hiking, camping, and scuba diving. His adventurous spirit also extends into the kitchen, where he enjoys baking and cooking, a passion that led him to successfully own and operate a restaurant for six years.
